To send push notifications for Chrome on Android operating system make sure that
- The chrome version you are using is 42
- The browser is opened in normal mode and not in Incognito mode. Incognito mode automatically disables notification, thus preventing it from delivering on any browser.
- Enabled notifications in browser settings
