When visitors land on the website they are prompted with an opt-in dialog box asking them to ‘Allow’ push notifications from a website or ‘Block’. Visitors that click ‘Allow’ are directly added to the website subscriber base.
In case visitors wish to opt-out from the web push subscription, they can follow the steps mentioned below depending upon the browser being used
Chrome Browser
Go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> Notifications -> Manage Exceptions -> Remove permission for a specified website.
Firefox Browser
Go to Preferences -> Content -> Notifications -> Remove permission for a specific website.
Safari Browser
Go to Preferences -> Notifications -> Remove permission for a specific website.
